This sounds like Blaine, though it was most likely an unforeseen conclusion to his behavior, due to wonky and unreliable writing of the character, but it gives him the patterns that fit the illness. Also I would see for people like the Andersons, from what little we can glean of them, they would not be thrilled with a mentally ill son on top of him being gay so it would probably go unaddressed. Under rug swept like so much of their life. They drove away their older child, and now their younger child meanders through life rather moorless, which would only make the symptoms worse I imagine.

Is this an illness that would require intervention or would the stability of his future life w/Kurt tamp down the illness?
